Push and Lift is a group strength training workout
utilizing plates and bars that’s designed to shape and tone your body.
Set to energizing music, this workout takes the best elements from both
the gym floor and the group exercise studio, and combines them to create
an enjoyable and achievable workout.
Each song on every Push and Lift CD is choreographed to target specific
muscle groups.

Exclusive to the Push and Lift workout is the VCD (Video
Compact Disc) or
DVD, that’s included in every package. Simply put, in addition
to receiving the quality music you’ve come to expect on our CD’s, you’ll
also receive our VCD
(or DVD), which contains the Push and Lift choreography in a
moving picture format. Note that this VCD has no audio only moving
. This VCD can be played on almost all stand-alone DVD players and
computers with a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive, with the help of a software
