General conditions of sale COCO line at July the 17th, 2017

Article 1: Applicability

The general conditions of sale apply in an exclusive way to the current and future trade between coco-line.ch (Us) and the author of the order (You). Any condition non in conformity with our general conditions that you would have formulated will be rejected unless we expressly and in writing recognized applicability of it.

We will be able to modify the present general conditions of sale constantly subject revealing these modifications on our site.

Article 2: Order

We commit ourselves accepting your order in the terms of these general conditions of sale.

Note that we will answer your order within the limit of our stocks available or subject to stocks available in our suppliers.

At the time of your order, we inform you of the availability of the products that you wish to acquire. Nevertheless, if in spite of our vigilance the products temporarily prove to be inalienable (out-of-stock condition, republication, etc.) after your order, we will inform you by e-mail and will invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products definitively prove to be inalienable (exhaustion of stock, works not republished, etc.) after order, we will automatically cancel your order and will inform you by e-mail.

By confirming your order, you accept the entirety of these general conditions of sale placed at your disposal on the site, and admit having a perfect knowledge of it, given up of this fact to prevail you of any contradictory document, and in particular of your own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of these general conditions of sale. This confirmation as well as the whole of the data which we will have recorded will constitute the proof of our transactions.

Article 3: Prices

The prices indicated in Swiss Francs all are inclusive of tax, except shipment and treatment costs of your order. We reserve ourselves the right to modify our prices constantly, but we commit ourselves applying the tariffs in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order.

Article 4: Payment

The delivered goods remain property of COCO line until the complete payment of the invoice.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The invoice accompanying the delivery is to be paid in the 30 days. If you wish to be delivered against-refunding, a supplement of CHF 15.- will be added to the invoice.

For the other countries
Except agreement, the deliveries are carried out after a Paypal payment.

Article 5: Delivery

Contrary except provision, the delivery is sent to the address that you indicated at the time of your order.

The deliveries risks will be yours from the date on which the ordered products left our buildings.

The delivery periods are only indicative but vary in general between 1 and 7 working days starting from the reception of the order.

The deliveries up to 30 kg are carried out in normal mail by the Post office or the International Post office.

From 30 kg, the delivery is carried out by an conveyor.
Except contrary agreement, we reserve ourselves the choice of the parcel delivery.

For certain products, the delivery is carried out directly by our supplier, accompanied by a bulletin of delivery.

The invoice reaches you then by our care after we received confirmation of delivery by our supplier.

This last chooses itself its supplier of service.

In all the cases, you must check the goods with the delivery and immediately announce any possible damage to the deliveryman.

Article 6: Returns

It is not possible to turn over goods if this one is not appropriate. The defective products will have to be turned over (in the 8 days) to the address below with a copy of your invoice:

Article 7: Responsibility

The offered products are in conformity with the Swiss legislation into force. We decline any responsibility on the assumption that the delivered product would not respect the legislation of the country of delivery.

In the same way, our responsibility could not be retained because of the contents of the sites to which the links can return starting from our site.
We commit ourselves taking all the care necessary to the good service of the customer. Nevertheless, our responsibility could not be retained in the event of failure with our contractual obligations because of a fortuitous occurrence or of a case of absolute necessity such as, and without limitation, the catastrophes, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of material, communication, means of transport or your intrigue.

Moreover, our responsibility will not be committed in the event of delay due to an out-of-stock condition in the supplier nor in the event of error in the presentation of the products on our site, the photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products not being contractual.

Article 8: Personal data protection

We commit ourselves protecting the data which are personal for you. All the personal data concerning you that we collected are treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of our policy of data protection personal. At the time of your purchases, we let us ask you only essential information to ensure the quality of our services and the treatment of your order. We do not sell, do not market nor do not rent this information with thirds.

Article 9: Applicable duty and court of jurisdiction

The present general conditions of sale are subjected to the Swiss right and the Convention of Vienna on the international sale contracts of goods, other than the right of the sale of the United Nations. All the litigations relating to the trade existing between are subjected you and us to the exclusive competence of the Switzerland jurisdictions.
